Shipping Coverage
Our delivery partner enables us to ship products across a wide range of locations within India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Order processing includes picking, packing, and handing over your order to Delivery Partner. Processing time does not include national holidays.
Shipping Times and Costs
Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the shipping options available:
- **Local Shipping (within Delhi):** Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- **Regional Shipping (within 500kms):** Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- **National Shipping (Rest of India):** Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping zone and the weight of your order. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and, at times, free shipping promotions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on Delhivery’s website to track your order's progress.
Delivery
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. If you are not available to receive your order, Delivery Partner will make up to two additional attempts to deliver your package.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, occasionally, delays can occur due to weather, service interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with our delivery partner to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or process a refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to change the shipping address or modify your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
